一、報 名 Registration：
(一) 繳交資料使用的語言規定？ Language requirements for document submission? 主競賽：限定中文；國際賽：限定英文。決賽簡報使用的語言，亦同此規範。
Main contest: Chinese only; International contest: English only.
The final contest presentation as the same regulation.
(二) 本年度畢業學生可否參加？ If the graduating students of the current year can be participate? 可以。於報名期間(2024/3/1-6/30)身分為大學及碩博士生，並能提出學生證
明，即具備參賽資格。
Yes. Students enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students during the registration period (March 1 to June 30, 2024) and able to provide student identification are eligible to participate.
(三) 只有我一人，可以報名嗎？ Can I register alone? 不可以。每隊四人以上 (含指導教授)，可跨系、所、校，每人限報名乙隊，
但指導教授不在此限。
No. Each team must consist of at least four members (including advisors) and can include members from different departments or universities. Each person is limited to register in one team (no restrictions on advisors).
(四) 沒有指導教授，可以報名嗎？ Can I register without an advisor? 不可以。每隊四人以上 (含指導教授)，可跨系、所、校，每人限報名乙隊，
但指導教授可以以不同技術主題作品參賽，隊數不限。
No. Each team must consist of at least four members (including advisors) and can include members from different departments or universities. Each person is limited to register in one team (no restrictions on advisors).
(五) 報名完成後，是否可更換作品名稱、隊伍成員、作品企畫書與附件？ Can I change the title of the entry, team members, project proposal, and attachments after registration? 07月01日 00:00前，報名資料可自行更正。報名截止後，如有上述需求，
必須由指導教授向主辦單位東元科技文教基金會提出申請。
Changes to registration information can be made by individuals themselves until 00:00 on July 1st. After the registration deadline, any such requests must be submitted by the advisor to the organizer.
(六) 我是就讀臺灣大專院校的外籍生/海外大專院校的臺灣生，我應該如何報名？ How should I register if I am an international student studying at Taiwan or a Taiwanese student studying at an overseas country? 請以所屬學校的學籍(身份)，報名可以參加的賽別。
主競賽：臺灣各大專院校學生（含碩博士生）及指導教授。
國際賽：世界各國（臺灣的師生亦可參加國際賽）大專院校學生（含碩博士
生）及指導教授。
Please register according to your institutional affiliation.
Main contest: Students (including graduate students) and advisors from various Taiwanese universities.
International contest: Students (including graduate students) and advisors from universities worldwide, including Taiwan.
(七) 是否接受紙本資料？ Is paper documents accepted? 不接受。No.
(八) 企畫書與附件檔案無法上傳？ Unable to upload project proposal and attachments? 請先確認檔案是否小於10MB，檔名不可以有標點符號。
Please ensure that the files are less than 10MB in size and that the filenames do not contain punctuation marks.
(九) 何時公佈入圍名單？ When will the list of finalists be announced? 國際賽：07月10日17:00公佈於本基金會與臺灣大學網站、官方臉書。
主競賽：07月26日17:00公佈於本基金會與臺灣大學網站、官方臉書。
International contest: Results will be published on the foundation’s and National Taiwan University’s websites and official Facebook page on July 10th at 17:00.

(一) 入圍決賽後我需要做甚麼？ What do I need to do after qualifying for the final round? 入圍決賽的團隊於07月26起至08月11日止，提供3~5分鐘作品簡介
與操作作品的影片供評審委員檢閱。影片檔案格式為MPEG-4，並上傳
至雲端硬碟供主辦單位下載，其他相關作業事項由主辦單位於7/26透過
電子信箱與東元科技文教基金會、台大官網公告與通知。
Teams that qualify for the Final Round should provide a 3-5 minutes project overview and operational demonstration video for the juries from July 26 to August 11. Video files should be in MPEG-4 format and uploaded to a cloud drive for organizers to download. Further instructions will be provided by the organizers via email
(二) 決賽時間、地點？ When and where will the Final Round take place? 2024年08月21日 (三) 假國立臺灣大學綜合體育館1F(106臺北市大安區
辛亥路二段29號)舉辦。
The final round will be held on August 21, 2024, at the 1st floor of the National Taiwan University Sports Center (No. 29, Section 2, Xinhai Road, Da'an District, Taipei City, 106).
(三) 指導教授/團隊成員無法出席決賽，是否會有任何影響？ What if the advisor/team members cannot attend the Final Round? 決賽以實體簡報與作品實作進行（不受理任何視訊形式），團隊全員需全程到場出
席決賽。
The Final Round will be conducted through presentations and demonstrations (no video format will be accepted), and all team members are required to be present throughout the final round.
(四) 決賽的賽制為何？ What is the format of the Final Round? 決賽的評審作業以簡報、實作與評審提問等方式進行。
每隊13分鐘，指導老師可輔助。
決賽順序於報到時抽籤決定。相關作業細節於入圍後統一公告，主辦單位保有
變更決賽辦法之權利。
Each team has a total of 13 minutes (including briefing, demonstration, and judge questions). Advisors may provide assistance.The presentation order will be determined by a draw during the Final Round registration. The organizers reserve the right to modify the Final Round procedures.
(五) 我是國外團隊，來台灣參加決賽，主辦單位會有相關補助費用嗎？ Will there be any subsidies provided by the organizers for foreign teams coming to Taiwan for the Final Round? 沒有。但是，入圍決賽之團隊，皆可獲得新台幣50,000元以上之獎金。
主辦單位有安排專人協助食宿之諮詢或是安排(費用由團隊自行負擔)。
8/22-23日為國外團隊安排參訪臺灣島內(行程限安排在本島)淨零機構行程之
費用，則全數由主辦單位支持。
No. However, all teams qualifying for the Final Round will receive prize money of at least NT$50,000. The organizers will provide assistance and consultation for accommodation and dining arrangements (expenses to be borne by the teams themselves). The organizers will fully support the expenses for the Visiting Activities within Taiwan (limited to activities on the island) for foreign teams on August 22nd to 23rd.
三、參 訪 Visiting Activities：
(一) 我可以參加賽後8/22-23日的參訪行程嗎?時間、費用為何？ Can I participate in the Visiting Activities on August 22nd to 23rd after the contest? What are the timing and costs? 主辦單位於2024年08月22-23日，針對國際賽團隊的師生，安排一天或是
兩天一夜的淨零機構參訪行程(行程七月初公告)，全數費用由主辦單位支持，
全程免費參加，歡迎國際賽團隊的師生踴躍參加，並且於入圍決賽後的7/18
日前完成報名作業。
The organizers will arrange one or two days of Visiting Activities for the international teams on August 22nd to 23rd, 2024 (details to be announced in early July). All expenses will be covered by the organizers, and participation is free of charge. The registration must be completed by July 18th after qualifying for the Final Round.
(二) 我可以報名參訪活動後臨時決定不去嗎？ Can I decide not to attend the Visiting Activities after registering? 參訪行程涉及旅館飯店遊覧車食宿等費用之預付作業，所以如果是在7/19日
完成所有費用預付之後取消參加，我們會酌收預付費用。
The Visiting Activities involve prepayments for hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals. Therefore, if you cancel your participation after completing all prepayments on July 19th, we will charge a cancellation fee.
